REPAIR AND OVERHAUL MANAGEMENT
We have developed a network of partnership with different repair shops that are FAA/EASA approved to ensure world-class quality workmanship and prompt turnaround time. DIRTTA Aerospace has the ability to design repair plans that utilize your inventory to the full value and extend the life usage of your spares’ pool. Through our global teammates, we can repair and overhaul any spare part, component or module for airframes and engines on legacy platforms. Our experience in repair management is extensive and not limited to engines, avionics, airframe, landing gears, rotables and pneumatics.
PROGRAMME DEPOT MAINTENANCE
DIRTTA Aerospace has created partnerships throughout the world with companies with exceptional capabilities for aircraft ISO B, C, D checks including PDM (programme dept maintenance) for all fleet type. We manage the global supply chain for our products and the components our partners install, leveraging our long-term relationships with equipment and material OEMs to provide the required expertise at the right time in the right place.
SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
Our supply chain processes are audited to AS9100 standard and our extensive knowledge of export regulations, including ITAR, helps ensure we maintain a compliant, sustainable and socially responsible procurement process.
MODERNISATION PROGRAMMES
We assist our customers with modification programmes, project management on their behalf and that includes price negotiations with manufactures of several new components, repair management for RLUs and the entire process can take approximately 8 -12 months to complete.
